Selected and awarded for many of their remarkable wines, enjoy a taste of New Zealand wine with Marisco Vineyards at the Vancouver Convention Centre’s grand tasting between February 16-18! Producing expressive wines of Marlborough terroir, there are two brands under the Marisco umbrella – The Ned & The King’s Series. The Ned celebrates the three varieties that Marlborough does best: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. While The Kings Series celebrates the rich heritage of Brent Marris, Proprietor and Chief Winemaker of Marisco, which dates back to the 12th Century in the United Kingdom. Each wine in the range tells a story about his ancestors, the de Mariscos, and their tempestuous relationship with the English monarchy.
Can’t Miss Wine: Marisco The King’s Favour Sauvignon Blanc
Well-known in Canada and loved by all, experience Masi differently with a taste of their take on Argentine terroir at Vancouver Convention Centre’s grand tasting February 16-18! Masi Tupungato is organically-run in Mendoza, Argentina. Similar to their Italian practices, they continue with their modern non-conformist style of winemaking and applying the Appassimento method, drawing true Argentine characteristics from their wines.
